Delivery Options

General Delivery Information

We offer Free Standard Delivery within the UK for orders €80 and over. For orders under €80, a shipping fee applies.

All orders will be processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), and will dispatch and arrive within the following time frame:

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 Business Days

Shipping Charge

  • FREE for orders €80 and over
  • €8.99 for orders under €80

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email containing your tracking details.

If you have not received this email after 4 working days, please contact us via Email and we will assist you promptly.

Order Tracking

All parcels are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order reaches the logistics hub, you can track your parcel online.

Use the "Track Order" button provided in your confirmation email.

We offer FREE UK delivery on full-priced products.

Delivery FAQs

What if I miss a delivery?

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will:

  • Leave a delivery card and send you a text message with details.
  • Attempt redelivery on the next working day, or you may follow the instructions on the card to rearrange a delivery at no extra cost.
  • Possibly deliver to a neighbour. If so, please check the delivery card for further details.

Are there circumstances where delivery is not possible?

Yes. In rare cases, we may be unable to deliver or install a product if it is deemed unsafe for our team.

In such cases:

  • We will inform you of the issue.
  • We may recommend necessary changes before reattempting delivery.
  • We will reschedule the delivery where possible.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Stock availability is updated regularly on our website. If an item is out of stock:

  • You may be able to place a backorder.
  • If your item has not been dispatched after 7 days, we will contact you with an update.
  • You can also choose to be notified by email once the item is back in stock.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No. We require a signature upon delivery, which cannot be guaranteed at PO Box addresses.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes. All UK deliveries require a signature.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes. The recipient does not need to be the named addressee.

Any signature at the delivery address will be accepted as proof of receipt.

Can I ship to a different address?

Yes. You may choose an alternative shipping address during checkout.

Please note: We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.

Will I be charged customs duties?

  • UK Orders: No customs duties will apply.
  • International Orders: Duties and customs fees may apply upon entry into your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in our pricing.
