Online Returns Policy
Lalafone is dedicated to making the return process straightforward and transparent. If you encounter any issues with a product, we gladly accept authorized returns within 14 calendar days of receipt for most items, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
- Customers must ship the product within 14 calendar days after submitting a return request.
- Opened items may be returned only if they have not been used, tried, installed, or activated.
- All returns must include original packaging and all included accessories.
- Any personal data or installed software must be erased before returning the product.
- Returned items will be inspected by Lalafone's technical team.
- If the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be issued within 14 business days after the parcel arrives at our return address.
- Returns that do not follow the stated procedure will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Terms & Conditions
- For returns due to change of mind, if the product has been used, installed, or activated, up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund due to diminished value.
- For unsealed personal items such as earphones or headphones, an additional 10% deduction will apply due to hygiene considerations.
- Return parcels must be sent to Lalafone's designated return address. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.
- Lalafone reserves the right to request photos and serial numbers to verify that the item was originally supplied by us.
- The Lalafone Warranty does not cover the following types of damage or faults:
- Damage caused by liquid exposure or moisture.
- Intentional damage or signs of misuse.
- Damage resulting from dropping, impact, or mishandling of the product.
- Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications, whether by the customer or a third party.
- Accidental physical damage, including but not limited to cracks, dents, or breaks.
- Damage caused by the improper use of accessories or incompatible equipment.
- Faults or issues arising from normal wear and tear, such as:
- Scratches on screens or casings
- Acceptable battery performance degradation over time
- Devices that have been jailbroken, rooted, or otherwise tampered with after purchase.
- Screen burn-in or image retention that develops over the course of regular usage.

Return Shipping Costs
- Lalafone will cover the logistics fee for returning items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival while still sealed.
- For returns due to change of mind or items not as expected, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
- If the order has already been dispatched, a deduction of up to 30% of the product value may be applied to reflect any reduction in value, with a minimum deduction of €35 per order.
All returns must be sent using a tracked service. Please provide the tracking number and parcel photos to Lalafone once shipped.
Lalafone is not liable for any returned items lost in transit.
